The hotel has a fantastic location with water views, though the rooms have a major issue with a loud HVAC system blowing air onto the bed. The service is short-staffed and charges for meals without prior notice, but valet service is nice. The location is great for exploring Little Italy and downtown, but it faces a busy road and metro line. Dining options are varied, and the hotel is praised for its views and being Hilton Diamond-friendly.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were excellent with great linens and a fantastic shower, but the HVAC system was too loud and poorly positioned. The cleanliness was decent, but the door and remnants of a previous guest were off-putting. The location was wonderful for exploring downtown and the harbor but being next to a highway had its drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazing and comfy with a very nice view of the harbor, but unfortunately, my room faced a wall. The service was efficient and friendly, although they charged for meals after consumption without prior notice. The location was fantastic, close to many great areas and dining options, but there were many homeless people around the hotel. The dining experience was not up to my standards with limited choices, but the handmade pasta was a delight.
